camera shy- this photo uses value because of the brightness of the subject to the darkness of the shadows. it also uses movement and rhythm as the camera moves making the photo much more interesting. for rules this photo uses lines as the main rule, the blurring creates the lines and keeps the viewers eyes interested.
blurred rainbow- this photo uses colour, it uses them all. warm, cool, complimentary and analogous. the way the blur is creates little ripples making a pattern/repetition and adds a bit more depth. this photo breaks the rule. the colours of this still engage the viewers eye.
view of the ground- for element this photo uses shape well, the lines and circle of the shoe create a fun guidance for the viewers eye. because of this it also creates a pattern from the crevasses. lastly the rule is lines, these lines take the eye on a long and interesting journey.
blurring light- this is a good example of using value because of the bright light against the pitch black background. its also a good example of contrast for the same reason. the rule is rule of thirds. the light only being in the corner makes the photo more visually appealing.
crinkling pink- texture is a good example for this picture. makes the viewer wonder what the subject could be. there is also a slight pattern in this photo. the crinkles and colours make it more interesting. this photo also breaks the rules, it has other things in it that make up for it.
