Autumn bloom
The idea was to take a picture of different parts of this flower and if you mush them together it creates one photo. I think I created one successfully because its of the same thing and everything matches. I think for elements of art this collage uses texture well, while looking at this you can imagine feeling the bumps of the flowers and the smoothness of the leaves. for principle of design this uses emphasis. Its used well because the background is blurred. this really emphasizes the flower and catches the eye. the rule I used is lines, the stem guides your eye all the way up really allowing you to focus on the flower.
sunlight catches
The idea behind this one was how the sun was being kind and making so many cool shadows or how it would hit certain things. I think its successful, all the photos are of the same topic so it does make sense. For elements this collage uses shape well, in each photo the sun is making some sort of shape, in each photo its slightly different. Principles the collage uses contrast, the contrast between the bight sun and the dark shadows. For rules I used fill the frame, each photo the frame is filled by trees, grass, shadows or light and I think that makes it interesting.
look at our differences
The idea was to again, take advantage of the sun and capture some gorgeous eyes. Absolutely I think this is successful. each photo is of the same thing just slightly different and they all complement each other. For element I used space, each photo it takes up almost the entire frame and really allows you to focus on the eyes. For principles I used pattern, alone its not but when the photos come together it makes one big pattern. Rules I just used fill the frame again, I think with eye pictures that matters, it makes the photo hold more weight when the only thing to look at is in someone's eye.
